Mini Session Policies

After reserving your session time and picking your outfit, you will receive an invoice through paypal. This invoice must be paid within one week of receiving. If not paid or other arrangements made within the week, your time slot will be opened back up.

Lindsey will email you the Friday morning before your scheduled session with detailed directions of where to meet her and her contact information should you get lost.

Please be sure to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early so that your child is able to change into their outfits before their session time.

Should you need to Cancel/reschedule - We understand that some times things come up and when they do we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. However, please understand that as soon as an order is placed much time and expense is gone into obtaining the supplies needed to make your outfit. Therefore, our cancellation/rescheduling policy is set out below.

RESCHEDULING: If something comes up and you would like to reschedule your appointment for a future mini session, you are certainly welcome to do so. If you reschedule at least 1 week before the scheduled session there will be no additional fees. If you reschedule within 1 week of your session, you will be charged a $20.00 rescheduling fee. For either instance, the outfit you already ordered will be saved for your child to wear at your rescheduled session.

CANCELLATION: If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your scheduled mini session, you will receive a refund of $50.00 and your outfit will be mailed to you. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive a refund of $25.00 and your outfit will be mailed to you.
